Bankera Card Is Live

Ability to issue cards within our ecosystem has been the primary goal of Bankera since its inception. Today, we are proud to announce that Bankera Visa debit cards are live and available for ordering!

Competitive fees

The benefits of being the card issuers ourselves provide not only the stability and flexibility of the services, but also an opportunity to offer Bankera end-users a competitive fee schedule. That is why our electronic money institution license provider Pervesk becoming a principal member of Visa network was such a huge milestone for us.

Both physical Bankera debit card and virtual debit card bear no issuing, monthly or delivery fees. What is more, card users can benefit from 3 free ATM withdrawals every month within Europe*.

You can check all fees related to the card here.

High limits

In addition to three free ATM withdrawals per month, there is a 2500 EUR daily ATM limit, which makes our card one of the most competitive in the market in terms of withdrawal limits.

The card also holds a 5000 EUR daily payments limit. However, if these limits are not enough, users can contact our support team – we might be able to increase your spending limits on the case by case basis.

Use the virtual card instantly

In addition to traditional plastic debit cards, we are also offering Visa virtual cards. A virtual card is more than enough to pay anywhere online, and it does not stop you from ordering a plastic card later. If you need to pay online, you can order a virtual card and start using it instantly without waiting for the delivery of the physical card.

Eligibility

Currently, Bankera cards are available for personal clients within the European Economic Area. The list of available countries includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Business cards, as well as support for other countries and regions, are coming soon.

We believe that the new Bankera card together with a personal IBAN (international bank account number) makes one of the best bank account alternatives in the market. Order our card now via Bankera internet banking platform here and try it yourself.

*Europe stands for the European Economic Area. However, there is an exception for ATM withdrawals in Lithuania: 1% fee is applied for all withdrawals.
